Your appointment
Payment reserves one individual 30-minute Spirit Healing session. It takes place remotely at the scheduled time. There is no phone or video call during the session itself.
You may choose an optional conversation of up to five minutes by phone or text immediately before your session, included in the $50 price. The full 30-minute Spirit Healing session follows. Your confirmation shows your session start time. If you choose an introduction, I’ll contact you five minutes before that time.
Changes and cancellations
You may cancel for a refund or reschedule without charge at least 24 hours before your appointment. For a change requested within 24 hours, email me at rowan@jollydruid.com. I offer one reschedule without an additional service fee.
For changes at least 24 hours beforehand, use the booking-management link in your confirmation email. To request a refund under this policy, email me; I handle refunds personally. If I’m unable to provide your session, you may choose a new appointment or a refund.
If we miss the conversation
I’ll make one contact attempt at the agreed time using your chosen phone or text option. If we don’t connect, your full session still proceeds at the scheduled time unless we’ve arranged a change beforehand. A late conversation does not shorten the session.
After your session
I’ll email you personally within 24 hours to confirm completion. You’re welcome to reply and share your experience. The optional conversation and follow-up do not include ongoing spiritual advising.
After a session has been completed, please contact me with any concern so I can review it with you. Any rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
Who may book
Appointments are for adults aged 18 or older booking for themselves.
